| Cork Found In Sosa's Bat |

| Sammy Sosa was found to have cork in his bat when it broke during a game. Sosa claims that it
was his practice bat, and He grabbed it by mistake. Sammy expressed sorrow over the incident and
claimed responsibility for it, but That didn't stop fans from throwing cork on to field at the cubs away
game. One fan ran onto the field, throw cork at Sammy, and then suddenly kneeled down and bowed to him. Sammy
said of the incident, "He's just another comic, another clown." |
| It seems Sammy's whole career has been brought under fire for the incident. Many dought he
should ever be in the hall of fame. Others believe his homerun record chase with Mark Maguire was
only possible because of his corked bat. None of his other bats were found to be corked, but The one
he broke was specially made to hide the cork from someone inspecting it. If all he wanted was to
show off for the fans at practice why would he need that. However, I believe the worst thing of all
is how we all must now be subjected to the corny pun "Say It Aint' Sosa". You'll notice I'm probably
the only person not to use it as the headline. |

| Well, it's time for me to add another section to the site with nothing written in it. To be honest
I don't know as much about wide world of sports as some. Except for one team. Yes, I am an Astros
fan. Sure, they don't always win as much as some. I could just decide to like who's good at the moment ( come to think of it why don't I? ).
But, like any sports fan, logic evades me. I mean, if a team wins the most games are they not the best team.
Are they not more deserving of the fans respect. Well, absolutely not. If you don't like them they
suck. Well they do. |
